Gatekeeper Core
Added new factors to detect known fraudsters flow
Detect Known Fraudsters (DFK) flow supports Caller ID validation and convoprint factors.

Web portal UI improvements
The left and top navigation bars in the Gatekeeper web portal UI are updated. New icons set has also been provided.
Engagement UI improvements
The UI filter on the Engagement UI now supports filtering by:
- Engagement risk range
- Factor risk range (AND and OR logic) — for contributing factors
Updated Kibana reports
The following updates have been made to the Kibana reports:
- The timestamp selection uses relative last 90 days.
- Trained Voiceprints and Successful Trained Persons don’t include <xxx>.
Web Agent Console
Added login hint
In Web Agent Console, an option to enable login hint has been added for all tenants.
Added support to display the customer ID instead of the person ID
A support has been added to allow replacing the display of the Person ID with an external Customer ID.

Updated tool tip text
When running a fraud check on a locked voiceprint, the tool tip now uses only the number without precision for percentage.
Contact Center as a Service
Twilio CCaaS: Added new cloud connector (Beta)
New CCaaS type Twilio (Voice) is now available for integration, which enables to provide support over voice.
APIs
Updated response date format
The AuditDataExporterService export APIs response date format is limited to microseconds (6 digits), truncating trailing zeroes. Previously, it used to be up to 9 digits.
Updated the UpdatePersonInformation API
Call Session Manager SubmitAgentAction/UpdatePersonInformation API has been enhanced to include custom data.
The field custom-data is added to the request as a map. For more details on the person information details, refer to PersonInformation.
