Delete entities

You can delete various entities including print profiles, fraudsters, groups, watchlists, and more. Click the menu at the top right of the relevant entity and select Delete.

Ways to delete person profiles:

  • Delete personal data (GDPR) - Deletes the person and its personal information such as voiceprints, convoprints, deviceprints, enrollment segments, models, audio, and metadata. This operation anonymizes the person’s information in the engagement. If the audio matches a fraudster, the system does not delete the audio.
  • Opt-out - Resets the enrollment segments, deletes the template, and deletes the footprints.
